I use this regularly for when i travel or go out all day with my Byetta pen and pen needles. It holds two pens (I only have one at a time) or a pen/syringe and a vial, and up to two dozen needles. Also room for alcohol wipes if desired, and some pockets for paperwork (a log sheet or a copy of your prescription, etc.) My only complaint is that it's a little bulkier and larger than it needs to be for my own uses, but people using it for insulin or other medications may need the extra space. No problems or questions from TSA when flying. Recommended.
